Free Pregnancy Tests
If you are not sure if you are pregnant, we can provide you with a free pregnancy test. You need an accurate result. We offer lab-quality, high-sensitivity urine pregnancy tests which are over 99% accurate even just ten days after conception, so you can have confidence in the result. You will know the outcome of your test during your appointment.
Free Ultrasounds
Once you find out you're pregnant, you probably want to know how far along you are. You may have no idea because this pregnancy took you by surprise. Having an ultrasound is the most accurate way to find out.
Also, you want to make sure that you have a viable, uterine pregnancy, something an ultrasound will tell you. If your pregnancy isn't viable, it means you will probably end up having a miscarriage soon, and there is no point in going through with a surgical or chemical abortion, especially considering the risks involved. If you don't have a uterine pregnancy, you could have an "ectopic" pregnancy (outside of the uterus) which would need immediate medical attention.
Unplanned Pregnancy Counseling
Your decision is a private one, and your needs and desires are unique. You may need a place to talk and someone to listen. At Woman’s Choice Services you will meet with one of our consultants who will provide vital counseling and resources. You will receive accurate information, facts and options without judgment or pressure. We’re here to listen and to ease your fears and concerns; our caring consultants are here to help as you make the best choice for your situation.

Post-Abortion Recovery
Many women experience negative emotional effects following an abortion. The symptoms and their intensity vary, some women may only feel sad for a short time, but others experience these effects for a longer period. Many describe the following reactions to an abortion loss:
- Guilt
- Anger - toward yourself or others involved in the decision
- Depression
- Difficulty sleeping
- Anxiety
- Nightmares or flashbacks
- Self-destructive behaviors
- Preoccupation with fertility issues
- Avoidance behavior: avoiding anything to do with babies, abortion, etc.
- Bonding issues with existing children
- Trust issues with your spouse or partner
- Feelings of isolation, that you’re the only one
- Shame - the need to keep the abortion secret
Through our program "A Time to Heal" we help women who have been suffering this pain to find healing. A Time to Heal offers spiritual hope to deal with the torment of abortion and fortifying women to avoid future abortion scenarios.
If you or someone you know is experiencing any of these symptoms please call us, we care and sometimes it helps to talk. There is hope, there is healing.
Pregnancy Support
Along with our Mothering Program and Parenting Classes we offer pregnancy support through our Project Gabriel program. When a woman decides to keep her baby we realize that she may be in need of support in that decision. Through our Project Gabriel program a woman receives individualized attention from caring, helpful people to get through those difficult moments in her pregnancy and through the first year of her baby’s life.
An unexpected pregnancy can create a crisis that profoundly affects a woman. Her entire future life and happiness are at stake. So are her baby’s. She needs a friend, someone who will be there for her, listen in a non-judgmental way and direct her to real help - the kind of help she might not find elsewhere. Our Project Gabriel program can provide that support - financially and emotionally.

STD Information & Testing Referrals
Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), once called venereal diseases, are among the most common infectious diseases in the United States today. According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' National Institutes of Health, more than 20 STDs have now been identified, and they affect more than 13 million men and women in this country each year.
STDs affect men and women of all ages, backgrounds and economic levels. Nearly two-thirds of all STDs occur in people younger than 25 years of age.
We provide information about sexually transmitted diseases and infections. We offer referrals for STD testing that are low or no cost to you if needed.
